Suggest Treatment For Hives On The Body

Question: Friend is suffering from random appearing hives. They show up randomly and different parts of the body. She saw a ND and without any testing said to take Allegra. She did and it worked for a couple days then the hives started coming back again. She had taken up to 500mg of Allegra over the day from 1am to 12 noon and they are still present but not as bad as they were last night

I have gone through your complaints and according to them your friends seems to be suffering from urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction to certain foods, infections, drugs, thyroid dysfunction and in one third of persons occur without any cause.
You can take tablet zyrtec twice daily for 10 days.
If the hives still don't stop go for certain tests to find out the cause of hives.
You need to go for complete blood count, thyroid stimulating hormone, Anti TPO levels, serum Ig E levels, urinalysis, stool examination to rule out ova and cysts.
