Sore throat with hoarseness of voice
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
I would give her tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily.
Use hexidine gargles.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily
Take steam inhalation.
Take all for 5 days
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only
If hoarseness persists after a week, get an endoscopic examination of the larynx done to rule out any laryngeal pathology.
Take care
Thanks and regards
