Brief Answer:
Either post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or melasma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be either post inflammatory hyperpigmentation or melasma.
Was these dark areas red before turning black?
Did these develop suddenly or gradually?
They seem to be unrelated to the medicines you have taken.
In either of the situation I recommend my patients to apply cream based on kligman's formula.
These creams contain combination of tretinoin, mometasone and hydroquinone. They have to be applied at night on the affected areas along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.
They are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
