Suggest Treatment For Hyperthyroidism
See below!!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this weight issues. I this weight reported in Kg or pounds? and what is your height?
I have taken a look at your thyroid studies. Your TSH is abnormally very low and may suggest a state of hyperthyroidism. However, this is not supported by the T4 and T3 hormone levels. This makes it difficult to make any conclusion based on these findings. I would suggest that you get these results controlled, probably in a different laboratory so that we can compare and make more meaningful interpretations about this.
Weight gain is always a cause of concern. There are some disease conditions like Cushing's disease that can be responsible for excessive weight gain. Have you been investigated for this condition before? Can you send an image of yourself so that I can see if you present with features suggestive of this disease condition?
The main way to control weight gain is by consuming less than we use daily in our various physical activities. Take a critical review of your diet and see how much calories you take in and correlate this with your level of physical activity.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you s much for using our services and please feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

The thyroid studies are not conclusive. Unless you provide more information, I cannot comfortably conclude on any thyroid condition as the figures contradict each other. If you insist on having a thyroid disorder, what condition did your doctor mention to you?
Orlica prevents the proper digestion of fats. This causes most of the consumed fats to pass out in stool. This in most cases causes greasy diarrhea. However, this signals a real lack of control of dietary intake. You should make the conscious decision to control how much you eat so as to get your weight back to control.
This has been a serious blow to your self esteem. I will encourage you to put in more efforts and get it controlled. trust me that you would be a lot better with a reduced weight than you are right now.
I wish you well. Feel free to request for more information and clarification as need be.
Thyroid disorders are curable!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this follow up question.
Thyroid diseases are curable. I would have given a specific advice if your diagnosis were clear but, that is not the case now. You would need to do more testing so as to have a conclusion on this.
My general rule on weight gain is that you should consume less calories than you spend in a day. It always works. Keep a registry of all of these calories intake and expenses and you would be surprised at how much of these you consume and never get to spend.
For now, let us get more information about this by doing a control test before drawing conclusions and making suggestions.
Thanks and I wish you well.
