Suggest Treatment For Hypoglycemia, Excessive Hunger, Dizziness, Brain Fog, Lethargy And Anxiety
I went to my regular doctor and she said I am not diabetic, just go home and eat chicken soup and small meals often. I had bloodwork done but it doesn't come in until Monday. I am getting hypoglycemia and feel very hungry, dizziness, brain fog, lethargic, and anxious a few times a day and I have cut out all carbs.
I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Eat often in small quantities. Are you on any medications?

Hi,
I have reviewed your information fully. While waiting on the results to come, I will recommend that you drink sugary drinks often and eat regularly in small quantities. The most common cause of low blow sugar is not eating enough. In some small number of cases, this is caused by excess secretion of hormones(insulin) or medications. Seen the acute nature of yours, it is unlikely that this is a possible explanation or cause for yours.
When the results come back on Monday, I will be glad to obtain and look at them. Kindly upload for me to weigh in. For now, drink often(Sugared drinks) and eat often in small quantities to avoid low blood sugars. Also, have a few cubes handy just in case you need any.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. I look forward hearing from you as soon as more information comes in/
Until next, stay well.
The hypoglycemia symptoms seem to be lessening as I have been eating fruit, veggies and meat every 2-3 hours. I have been drinking a lot of "Smart water"
and have cut out all sugar and carbs. When I do eat a small amount of carbs
my blood sugar goes too low within 30-45 minutes and I get the dizziness/brain fog/lethargy. So for now I will continue with a no carb diet, eating often.
I am very healthy usually, I do yoga and walk alot. I am 110lbs.
But have had a lot of stress in my life in the past year with a divorce and then running a business. I think I burned out my cortisol/adrenal glands, and then the dehydration cause too much trauma to my already stressed body, and barely eating/feeling nausea/couldn't digest food for a week really messed up my blood sugar levels. It's been 2 weeks now, and my blood sugar seems to be stabilizing. And I feel myself getting better. Just still get tired after a small amount of walking. I'll see what the blood test results say.
Thanks for your help! XXXXXXX
