See, all your symptoms are due to Thyroid problem ( Hypothyroidism ). Also your TSH level is high. It indicates that your Hypothyroidism is not under control.
My recommendation to you is to increase the dosage of Thyrox to 150mcg . In addition you need to take Calcium supplements like Shelcal daily.

Hello Doctor,
Thanks for your advise.
I also want to highlight that since last 3 months to control my weight I followed some diet plan also I consume green tea / coffee for weight loss.
Is it affect my thyroid. Last month was my marriage so it was all hectic and unplanned schedule to me, does it is responsible to increase TSH.
As since past 1 year I continue with Thyrox 125 mg and my TSH was under control.
Thanks for your advise.

Brief Answer:
Weight gain is due to Thyroid.
Detailed Answer:
HI
See the dose of thyroid medication is actually calculated as per your body weight . So initially for 125mcg of Thyrox was working well for your body weight but if your weight increases then for the same dose ( 125mcg ) will become a low dose and in turn your TSH increases.
So your weight gain is due to Thyroid and your thyroid is due to your weight gain ( both are inter linked ) No I don't think stress could increase your TSH .
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Nothing special needs to be done.
Detailed Answer:
HI
See thyroid disease sometimes heals by itself . But in some it may persists for life long. There is no medicine or diet which can cure the disease.
Just keep taking the medications , avoid Spinach, Cabbage and cauliflower.
Do daily exercise and lose weight .
If you conceive you need to test for Thyroid more frequently like every 6-8 weeks and take Thyroid medications correctly. If your Thyroid in under control then there is no problem in conceiving.
