Brief Answer:
There is imalarial infection with Plasmodium falciparum

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

There is mention of gametocytes of Plasmodium falciparum in your report.
I assume that gametocytes of Plasmodium falciparum are detected on peripheral blood smear examination.
Plasmodium falciparum causes malaria.
This infection has to be treated immediately because if not treated it can affect the brain and turn fatal.
Plasmodium falciparum is not a rare infection but it is notifiable i.e. its occurence has to be notified to government agencies (that will be done by your hospital).
Thus, you need to take treatment from your referring doctor as early as possible.

Thanks and take care
