Brief Answer:
Neck examination and thyroid blood works

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Most of the symptoms are non specefic. With hypothyroidism, around 50% persons will have a enlarged thyroid ( goiter). Rest may only have abnormalities in blood test. Please get your neck examined by your doctor. Besides, you may get the thyroid blood works ( free T4, Free T3 and TSH). These tests are not expensive and are freely available.

Binu
