Brief Answer:
Gastritis with gastroentritis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Most likely you are having Gastroentritis with Gastritis due to indigestion. Gut flora is the complex community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tracts of humans. The intestinal microflora is a complex ecosystem containing over 400 bacterial species. Anaerobes outnumber facultative anaerobes. The flora is sparse in the stomach and upper intestine, but luxuriant in the lower bowel. After food poisoning episodes, toxins released by bacteria destroys this flora of gut and lead to various problems with digestive system like indigestion, Gas formation and increased acidity.
As of now you can take any over counter Probiotic and Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg this will provide you with symptomatic relief,Consult a physician and get a prescription for Antispasmodics(will help you with spasm anmd pain) along with it a 3 day course of antibiotics may be given by your consulting doctor.
