Brief answer...
It is food poisoning and requires antacids and proper rehydration.

Detailed answer...
Hello,

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query well and understand your condition very well.

Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from food poisoning which is generally viral in nature.
These symptoms generally last for 2-3 days and then gradually resolve.
The most important part of treatment lies in proper hydration by taking plenty of plain water, coconut water, ORS solution etc.

Your vomiting has to be taken care off as it can lead to dehydration and also you won't be able to have anything orally.

I advise you to take tablet DOMSTAL, one tablet three times a day for couple of days along with PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg once a day.

Take both these medicines now and try drinking ORS solution or plain water sip by sip after half hour of taking medicines.

In case your vomiting stops and you are able to take oral liquids, then there is nothing to worry. But if vomiting doesn't stop and you are not able to drink water, then you may have to for intravenous fluid administration in a hospital or a day care center.

As far as feeling cold is concerned, you may take paracetamol if you develop fever or have bodyache.

I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.

Best of luck
Thanks
