                                            What is the treatment?
What does it mean to have a CD -57 of 51?
Multiple infections and possible immunocompromised states
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is the cause of infectious mononucleosis (IM), may be associated with immunodeficiencies. Most cases of IM are self-limited.
Human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) is the common collective name for Human herpesvirus 6A (HHV-6A) and Human herpesvirus 6B (HHV-6B). In older age groups, HHV-6 has been associated with immunocompromised states.
Lyme disease (Lyme borreliosis) is an infectious disease caused by a spirochetal bacteria from the genus Borrelia.Lyme disease is classified as a zoonosis, as it is transmitted to humans from a natural reservoir among rodents by ticks that feed on both sets of hosts.
Heavy metals intoxication with adverse health effects in human metabolism are usually due to lead, cadmium, and mercury, which may be present in the environment. Heavy metal intoxications may damage central nervous function, the cardiovascular and gastrointestinal (GI) systems, lungs, kidneys, liver, endocrine glands, and bone.
CD means 'Cluster of differentiation (CD) classification of leukocyte antigens'.

If so, what is the treatment for them and how long does it take to get them out of my system?
I’ve heard several different prognosis on Lyme disease with whether it is curable or not and how it is transmitted.
Is it possible that I could have contracted Lyme disease via my fiancé?
Am I able to transmit it to him? If so, should he get tested for it as well, so not to continue passing back and forth to each other?
As for the virus, are they curable and can I transmit them as well?
EBV, HHV-6 infection and Lyme disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Treatment:
Therapy for EBV-Associated Disease consists of supportive measures, with rest and analgesia. Antiviral therapy like Acyclovir or the combination of acyclovir and prednisolone has no significant effect on the duration of symptoms of infectious mononucleosis (IM), caused by EBV.
EBV is spread by contact with oral secretions; among young adults by transfer of saliva during kissing. Transmission by less intimate contact is rare. More than 90% of asymptomatic seropositive individuals shed the virus in oropharyngeal secretions. Shedding is increased in immunocompromised patients and those with IM.
HHV-6 appear to be susceptible to anti-viral drugs like ganciclovir and foscarnet, although definitive evidence of clinical response is lacking. HHV-6 appears to be transmitted by saliva and possibly by genital secretions.
The various manifestations of Lyme disease can usually be treated successfully with orally administered antibiotics (Doxycycline 100 mg BD); the exceptions are objective neurologic abnormalities and third-degree atrioventricular heart block, which are generally treated with IV antibiotics(Inj.Ceftriaxone 2 G IV Once daily); duration of therapy depends on clinical involvements.
Lyme spirochete DNA has been found in semen and breast milk, but transmission has not been known to take place through sexual contact. According to the CDC, live spirochetes have not been found in breast milk, urine, or semen.
There is neither 57 nor 51 CD group. can you upload your CD report?

 Detoxification of lead & mercury
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Signs of chronic exposure to lead include loss of short-term memory or concentration, depression, loss of coordination, and numbness and tingling in the extremities.
The mainstays of treatment are removal from the source of lead and, for people who have significantly high blood lead levels or who have symptoms of poisoning, chelation therapy with dimercaprol (British anti-Lewisite; BAL).
Common symptoms of mercury poisoning include peripheral neuropathy (presenting as paresthesia or itching, burning or pain).
Chelation therapy for mercury poisoning can also be done with dimercaprol (BAL).
