Suggest Treatment For Infertility Due To Tubal Block

Question: two time abortion in 2005-06,after that IUI done 4 times no success, HSG shows Bilateral corual block ,All test of both is normal with one 14 yrs son, after that their is no pregnancy. IVF spl advised for iVF but we not agreed .what to do next

1) Tubal block has not caused pregnancy.

2) IVF is best option.

3) Since your age is also increasing, it is better to go through IVF as soon as possible.

4) There is also option of opening tubes by laparoscopy. You can get this process done but chances of failure are high.

Dear doctor

I have one child,it is not possible to get another child by normal pregnancy. one time diagnostic laparoscopy had done shows normal report but after one year HSG shown cornual block. Pl advise as i don't want to go for IVF.

If there is restenosis after laparoscopy, it is better to go for IVF. Natural method is not possible.
