Brief Answer:
Trans rectal ultra sound,FSH and LH level.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Nice to meet you,
Azoospermia, is the absence of semen, which accounts for infertility in men.
First of all, it is advised to find the pathology which results in azoospermia.
So, try to do trans rectal ultra sound to find any defect in vas deferens opening (the duct for semen transport from testis).
Then do an FSH, and LH level in order to detect its influence over testosterone and affecting sperm production.
Do follow up with the results,
It is possible to increase the chances of fertilisation, if we identify the cause and treat it effectively.
Hope helped you,
Take care
