You should take a 5 days course of antibiotics like Amoxicillin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and do warm saline gargles twice a day..
In case if there is recurring episodes of the same problem consult a Dentist and get evaluated along with an IOPAR (X-ray)..
In case if the wisdom tooth is erupting correctly then the dentist can remove the offending gum flap..
