Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Lymph Node In The Groin Area

Some low ESR and CRP, no active risk of spread of infection to blood stream
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
If there is infection, the ESR and CRP will usually be high. Now no need to worry about infection spreading to the blood stream. The antibiotic needs to be continued as per your Surgeon's orders.
A PET scan or Technitium bone scan can show areas of infection as well as loosening which will be helpful to plan further management.
It is better to get the ESR and CRP values rechecked now and also get the above mentioned scans if you don't difficulty in walking as well.
As of now no risk of infection spreading to blood stream. Not to worry.
I hope I have answered your query.
