Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory drug belonging to the class of NSAIDs.
As you are diagnosed with inflammatory pain, you can use this. Usually given thrice daily for 3-5 days. To avoid gastric discomfort, take the pill after food with one full glass of water. Ranitidine 150 mg taken twice daily before food also will help to reduce dyspepsia.

Brief Answer:
You can rest and monitor
Detailed Answer:
Hi madam,
Happy to here that you feel better now.
Your systolic BP is a bit high. But this is expected with any painful condition.
So, right now it is not essential for you to get back to ER urgently. Just continue analgesics, take adequate bed rest, and drink enough oral fluids.
Repeat the vitals next day and let me know the values.
