Hello,
Tingling in the arms and legs are commonly due to developing
peripheral neuropathy. Get Nerve conduction tests and if required nerve biopsy done. Take vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin E rich food or supplements. Get Imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI, EEG) tests done.
Costochondritis does cause pain in the ribs & may trigger
tachycardia. It goes away by itself but may take several weeks. Take NSAIDS, for relieve. Antidepressants are also effective.
Do stretch exercises. Nerve stimulation gives relieve, hot compression & rest are also helpful. Avoid stress, anxiety and cut on addictions if any to prevent tachycardia. Take adequate sleep and rest. Avoid
constipation. Gastritis may trigger tachycardia.
Take antacid and PPI's to avoid
acid reflux. Take healthy home made food. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist, get stress tests, lipid function tests, Urinalysis, EKG, ECHO, etc done to detect any developing CAD to stay on the safer side.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
