Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In Spine Despite Taking Sarotena, Torcoxia And Izra
Question: thank u dr XXXXXXX
as per previous discussion i m getting treatment from dr nachiket XXXXXXX they given me medicine sarotena 10mg,torcoxia 60mg,izra 20mg.but i m not feeling well from these medicines.no pains in spine reduced.
torcoxia is pain releiver.but i thing not effective.rather due to this medicine i am facing dyspepsia.

Well I can tell you that since you are not getting relief from antiinflammatories alone it will be better if you get started on sulphasalazine because it will be disease modifying . You were earlier also on SAZO so that needs to be started again in my opinion. You should talk to him regarding that and let me know what he says .

i also think the same.when i was taken sazo during previous year inflammation in spine totally minimized.
so during next visit i talk with dr nachiket XXXXXXX and revert u back.my next visit date is in nov 2015.they given me medicines for 1 and 1/2 month.
