Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In The Throat And Nasal Passage
Question: When I breath in it feels like either my throat and nasal passages are either inflamed or cold I can't tell. Kind of like menthol. Very annoying.
I'm taking lanziprozile and losarton.
Otherwise I breath normal but this situation is causing me sone grief

Any history of diabetes?
Any history of smoking?
Any history of nasal surgery?
Any dryness or other skin disease?

Please get a xray paranasal sinuses done and blood sugar levels done.
Mucosal dryness can be the only symptom of nasal disease and can be confirmed only on investigations.
Use a fluticasone nasal spray twice daily for a week.
All the medicines i prescribed you will be available only on prescription.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol or smoking.
