The cold sensation in nose is probably due to mucosal dryness. Please tell me do you have any history of sneezing?
Any history of diabetes?
Any history of smoking?
Any history of nasal surgery?
Any dryness or other skin disease?

No, it's not rhinitis.
it is mostly in the throat.
When I breath in.
Not in my lungs either.
I breath and function normally.
Just fatigued by the sensation.
I have no history of any of the above.
I had nisinfundlplication 22 years ago so I take the losartan every day.
