Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In Upper Thigh And Groin Area

Question: Namaste sir I think you can recognize me.You helped me a lot to come out from hjv fear last time six month ago.till then I have no other exposure and after 70 days dua test and 3 months antibody test you assured me .all negative. I was living perfectly wetland done six month hiv1&2 also it was also negetive. But from last few days I am feeling inflammation at my upper thigh and groin area also a tight feeling at throat. Very anxious again. No other problems .just sensations feeling at neck and groin. does it related to hiv.I am in fear again. You know My 14,27,36,42,56,70,84,168 days antibody and 68 days duo test are negative .do there is any chance of now becoming positive. Do I require any other test. There is extremely fear please suggest something.

Welcome to HCM once again and I remember you very well also.

Your test result for HIV 1 & 2 after 6 months was negative then there is absolutely no possibility of having HIV at all and no chance of becoming positive right now so don't get feared or worried about it.

The symptoms of inflammation in upper thigh and groin along with tightness in the throat may be due to seasonal change or other common viral illness. You need not to get bothered too much, just consult your local physician or ENT specialist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime as per advice.

Don't remember about the past exposure as it is all over and the symptoms are not related to HIV in any way so be relaxed and live your life normally. As such no test is required because there is no other exposure but for your satisfaction you can go for 4th generation HIV Duos test to clear all your doubts.

Thank u sir I am very thankful that you remember me.I trust you a lot so again disturbed you.I was perfectly well from last 3 months .but this feelings comes from last 8/9 days after six month neg test I was full confidence about my negative status.but the pain in hip groin and neck made me very stressed again. Other wise no other symptoms at all.no fever headeach till last four months. No other infections. I know It is very rare to seroconversion at 7 months.but it is not impossible. Thankful for your valuable assurances that it is not related. I visited a skin and vd specialist he said it was problems of muscle and prescribed Carni Q tab.but I am in fear of hiv and hesitate to go for testing now because of the pains is there any possibility sir.does the montelucast treatment somehow responsible. Please clean my dought. I will go for the dua test again tomorrow and contact you again with results May God bless me

You need not to hesitate to go for testing because it is just for your satisfaction to clear your doubt otherwise it is not recommended as such and it is impossible to get seroconverted after 6 months negative result without any other exposure. Don't get stressed about hip and groin pain, you will be fine soon.

Treatment with montelucast has nothing to do with test result and it is not at all responsible for HIV any how. Continue the medicine suggested by the doctor and go for testing without any fear in mind. Namaste sir. Finally the duo test come negative from lalpatho and an another anti body test from apsan company done in my presence was also negetive on 204days . Felling quite well now. I think I will stop testing now.but one thing is bothering me that the value of duo was 0.18 in last test and now 0.36 .what is that .can you say that I am absolutely free .or do I need to test again .Thank u for youikind cooperation sir .wishing you a very successful carrier.

HIV Duos and antibody both tests are negative at 204 days then you are absolutely free from HIV so no need to test again because you are totally safe.

For HIV Duos test any value below 1 is considered as negative so don't worry about the reading as it has not of much significance in interpretation.

Now you need not to think any thing about HIV so just forget about the past and move ahead in life. Always stay happy and healthy.
