Question: Hi, I was 13 when I first shaved my public area it left me with many bumps and ingrown hairs am now 20 and these bumps are still here and the skin on my public area feels rough full of bumps

It's a viral infection.
These lesions need to me removed using radiofrequency ablator.
Please meet a dermatologist and get it removed.

Okay will do , are you sure because i've had this for a while and it's not spread to other body parts just the public area and my partners have also not got this
