Suggest Treatment For Inguinal Hernia

Question: Originally my left and right testicles are balance.
But a month ago I found suffering from bilateral inguinal hernia, and lead to testicular left and right imbalance, the right testis is relatively low.
Two weeks ago, after bilateral hernia surgery, the right testes is better but still lower than left a little bit. Is it normal?
Supplement: testicular no pain, penis can erect

* Basically hernia surgery deals with the defect repair of the inguinal canal.
* After the mesh fixation , some of the tissues underneath get fibrosis with time
and that may give partial effect over the ligaments .
* So you may get some amount of testicular level alterations in selective cases .
* Basically it does not alter to much extent , but by this levels you do not have
any of the issues regarding pain , activities , sex life or future fertility .
