Suggest Treatment For Injury On Penis

Question: I had my penis caught with the zipper of my pants about three weeks ago. And I did see a Dr. in Brazil where this tookplace. And he first prescribed Povedine to desinfect and the and the a cream that contains antibiotic. But still does not heal till now

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand it would be very uncomfortable and painful for you. You have taken 3 week time applying povidone and some antimicrobial cream there. But still there is no improvement or healing yet.
I feel it is important that you should consult a general surgeon so as to get proper detailed examination get done to see the severity of damage that have occured.
As it is not healing on its own from 3 week time period itself means it requires some additional effort to heal it.
Surgeon will be able to help you out better because if required he can also put a suture or two of there is a tear thats not able to heal.
Also meanwhile you ahould try to keep the area clean and dry so as to allow faster healing.
