I have gone carefully through your query and also the attached image. I understand your concerns. It is a minor cut and does not look concerning. If blood is oozing, a gentle pressure will help in controlling the bleeding. Apply some antibiotic ointment like mupirocin thrice daily for next few days. Hopefully it would soon be fine back again.

Ya she is getting regular vaccines
Also, can i apply sofradex ountment as that is already dre with me....used to apply that on her baby acne

Thanks for confirming. Please do not use Sofradex (Framycetin sulfate , Gramicidin , Dexamethasone). Rather, use any other simple antibiotic ointment.
