Brief Answer:
Nasal decongestant and corticosteroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the only thing you can do to help yourself till you visit the ENT is to use a nasal spray with corticosteroid and decongestant. I'm not familiar with the available drugs in your country but I'll suggest a regimen. Dexamethasone with tramazoline 4 times daily in each nostril is a good choice. It could be any "...sone" or "...zoline" though so ask your pharmacist about available choices.

The ENT should be able to examine your ear and see what's really going on.

Contact me again, if you'd like more information or clarifications.

Kind Regards!
