Suggest Treatment For Inner Ear Infection

Ear infections are most often treated by mouth!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this ear infection that you have reported. Your concerns about this infection affecting a very vital part of the body and the proximity to the brain are point on. For this same reason, treating aggressively is the way to go.
Most infections of the ear are treating with antibiotics by mouth. There os really no reason to be scared of being released too early and asked to take antibiotics by mouth that may increase your chances of having complications. With a culture and sensitivity done, I am sure you are receiving nothing but the right drug as it has been shown to work in the laboratory.
In all, this treatment is evidence based and follows the current standard of care. You have no reasons to be worried and all should soon be over.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Sorry for misunderstanding your question!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The time of the day does not really matter here. What matters is the interval between the two doses which should be 12hours. For example, If you take the morning dose at 7am, take the evening dose at 7pm. so what matters most is to allow for 12hours interval. This way, the concentration in blood would remain at optimum levels to adequately kill the germs. I usually recommend 7am and 7pm to my patients.
I hope tis addresses your worry. Bets wishes and let me know if you are clear with my instructions.
