Hi,

Nasal saline drops helps to some extent in relieving the congestion. You can take regular over the counter antihistamine like Allegra or Claritin to relieve from congestion and cold. Pain in the nose is usually associated with congestion. It is good to do a nasoscopy to fetch more details of polyps, turbinate swelling which accompany pain.
