loose stools has been intermittent over last 3 months.
nausea, headache, neck/shoulder pain has been 5 days.
Not always associated with each other, though nausea will subside a little with a bowel movement

Muscle pains and headache indicate dehydration. Loss of electrolytes will lead to such muscle pains. You may have to take hyperosmolar oral rehydration solutions like Rabalanz or Electrol. Continue taking the same for a week. This will surely provide you relief.
