could be due to dehydration
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your history and description and reports it looks like bacterial infection as neutrophils are high
Your doctor has rightly diagnosed and prescribed medicines appropriately.
The stiffness in the calves and forearm could be due to dehydration.
Ensure you give her plenty of liquids to drink including oral rehydration solutions like electral or pedialyte.
Continue medicines as advised.
If symptoms worsen you need to consult your doctor.
