Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Muscular Pain Spreading Towards Lower Abdomen

About my father rash; I just got back from the Dr and he told him to stop taking these two medicines immediately
1) VESICARE [Solifenacin Succinate 5 mg]
2) Voltaren Retard 100 [Diciofenac. natr.]
You were right - thanks for the advice.
I am still feeling the muscular pain - it is intermittent but it is felt the whole time; it is always there!
It spreads to the lower part of my abdomen at times and it feels like a surface skin pain - is this normal ? I feel the pain more when I touch my ribs edge - how long shall I give it time before it goes away ?
Muscular pain takes time.
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Welcome back. I am glad to know that the offending agent causing skin rash has been eliminated.
Now as far as your chest pain is concerned, this seems muscular to me.
As adviced earlier you should do hot fomentation of the affects area and if pain is troubling you then you may take anti inflammatory muscle relaxants like a combination of Diclofenac and Thiocholchide for 5 days.
Commonly available OTC as Flexon-MR which is a combination of Ibuprofen and a muscle relaxant.
Also add a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone along as if the chest pain is due to acid reflux it would Also show improvement.
You may discuss with your Doctor and get a prescription.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

My father has stopped taking the medication as per his Doctor's advice - awaiting positive improvement.
My muscular chest pain - is diminishing slowly but steadily thank God.
Thanks for your advice and follow up.
God Bless you All.
GOOD LUCK
Detailed Answer:
I am glad to hear that you both are improving. Drug rash caused by medicines takes time to disappear. So, the response would be slow.
You should carry on hot fomentation, even after your chest pain improves.
Wish you both a speedy recovery.
Take care.
