Brief Answer:
Answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Though the picture is not very clear it looks like some kind of eczema or drug reaction.
I would like to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rash?
Is there any history of itching or burning?
Are you atopic?
Have you used or applied anything new on the body?
Do you take any medicines?
Are you having any other ailment?
How frequently does the rash comes and goes?
Kindly revert back with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
