Suggest Treatment For Internal And External Hemorrhoids
![default](/r/images/default.png)
a surgeon or gastroenterologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
regarding your hemorrhoids a surgeon or a gastroenterologist are the 'experts' on this field. The surgeon may offer options regarding surgical treatment and the gastroenterologist will evaluate the hemorrhoids and suggest conservative measures. Unfortunately there is no "cure".
You can however try to avoid constipation which makes hemorrhoids bleed and ache by increasing the fiber consumption, drinking enough fluids, increasing your physical activity and keeping a daily schedule of bowel movements.
Regarding your upper abdominal pain 30-45 minutes after each meal, you should be checked with an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for duodenal ulcer. If no ulcer is found then an ultrasound scan for the gallbladder would sound appropriate. Pantoprazole will help to relieve a duodenal ulcer but the endoscopy is required to assess your situation.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.
Kind Regards!

I have question about one part that I didn't understand, You said surgeon might offer surgical option. If that treatment didn't cure this disease, will it be with me for ever? do people die because of these diseases? Thanks
no risk to die
Detailed Answer:
Hemorrhoids are annoying but not fatal, unless left bleeding for a long time. The surgeon may remove the hemorrhoids (they are abnormally distended veins) but the surgery is not an easy one and it's better tried when conservative measures have failed. If you don't remove them, you're going to have them for the rest of your life. If you do follow your doctor's instructions though, they'll be much better, they'll not bleed all the time and you won't feel the pain. They may - from time to time - get worse but they won't be a real trouble if you follow the instructions.
Regarding duodenal ulcer (this is what you're suffering from), may be fatal when complicated with severe bleeding. The surgical treatment in this case is reserved for carefully selected patients nowadays because the conservative treatment is far better in the long term.
Kind Regards!

Thanks for your attention. I'm still suffer of that problem and I am looking for a good doctor to visit . I sometimes have lots of pain when i go to washroom, but it gets less sometimes. I hope it wouldn't be a big issue . I might go for full check up because I have problem with my digestive system too. As I said before , acid come up after each meal and I feel burning in my throat and I also get stomach ache 30, or 45 minute after each meal . It's been a while that I have these problems . I have done abdominal test and doctor said you have peptic ulcer disease . He gave this medicine that is only good for stomach acid ( Tecta 40 mg) . I don't use any other medicine . These were what I know about my situation . Thanks for responding my question . I really appreciate you . God bless you .
tecta is OK
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
a surgeon or gastroenterologist would be the right specialist to visit but you should first give a try to the measures I've suggested in my previous answers (fiber, water, physical activity, regular visits to the toilet). Regarding your peptic ulcer, the only thing to clarify is whether you have Helicobacter pylori in your stomach or not. After an upper endoscopy the gastroenterologist should be able to tell you. If you do have it then antibiotic treatment will be required for eradication. Otherwise a drug like Tecta 40mg is OK to treat both an ulcer and reflux disease.
Kind Regards!
