Suggest Treatment For Intestinal Infection

Question: Saturday I had acid reflex took some medicine and was fine, Sunday evening I had sushi for dinner, felt acidy again afterwards so I took some more medicine and went to bed. Monday morning I woke up running a fever an achy so I called in to work. By 9 I was burping up what reaked of rotten eggs and threw up about 10 (same smell) I only threw up once but it was a lot. I continued to ache and run fever (101.7 was the highest) most of the day but I was taking Advil. I kept my liquids down most of the day but around 7 I tried some soup and got diarrhea afterwards. I continued to ache and run fever throughout the night. Should I go see a doctor or specialist or any ideas if this was just food poisoning or a bug that'll pass? Thank you

The starting with vomiting of obnoxious material, ache, fever and then vomiting is suggestive of an intestinal infection.
I would advise you to consult a Doctor to get your vitals checked and get started on proper antibiotic treatment and supportive treatment.
