Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While Having PCOS

Question: Sir can I take 10mg gestin tablet for three times a day for three days to get periods???I have pcos in both ovaries and have missed periods this month. Its been more than 40 days as of now. Am also feeling the symptoms of periods and cramps from past one week but there is no bleeding. last month I was also diagnosed with haemoragic cyst on ryt ovary of 5 cm....plz help me out to get my period this month . B coz am putting on weight. Four months back also when I missed my periods I took getting for five days on doctors advise and got the periods after seven days. Plz help me out

Thanku mam...but am getting severe cramps ...so should I stop gestin or else should I continue it for complete five days?? Am unmarried...so there is no chance of pregnancy....are cramps is due to getting only??
