Brief Answer:
Take progesterone tablets 10mg for 5 days
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,
I have gone through your details,
The most common cause of delayed periods is pregnancy which you seem to have ruled out with pregnancy kit. Also since the thyroid and blood reports are normal, I would suggest you to start on progesterone tablets 10 mg once daily for a period of 5 days, so that you may get your periods within a week of stopping these tablets.
If at all, you seem to be having the same problem in near future, I would suggest it best for you to consult with an OBGYN for an ultrasound and proper examination and follow the treatment plan accordingly.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards
