Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the updates.
You need to reduce your weight, atleast 5 - 10 kgs. Weight loss is essential to regulate your cycles, even 5 % reduction in body weight will lead to regular cycles in more than 90 % of women. Please consult a Dietician for a Diet chart and engage a personal trainer for dedicated exercise (atleast 45 minutes of intense aerobic exercise atleast 5 days a week).
You need to have complete investigations for PCOD. Let me list it for you. Consult a reputed gynecologist in your city (you could tell me where you stay and I might be able to suggest somebody).
The workup is -
1. Complete check up and pelvic transperineal / transrectal scan on day 2 of cycle
2. FSH, LH on day 2 of periods.
3. TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid profile, Fasting serum insulin.
Metformin should be taken to maintain control of PCOD.
Once you get married, you should plan a pregnancy earlier, since PCOD can lead to difficulty in conception.
You should not worry as there are excellent treatment options to help you conceive.
Take care.
