Suggest Treatment For Irregular Pulse And Severe Acidity
Question: My pulse are irregular.. my ecg n 2d echo is normal. I have savior acidity problem. What isthe reason?

First of all i would like to know how did you know that your pulse is irregular. It was your own judgement or it was picked up by doctor. Most of the time irregular heart beat and its relevant abnormality is picked up by ECG. But as you mentioned that your ECG is normal. It is likely that you may not have significant rhythm disorder. Normal Echo also supports absence of structural heart disease causing irregular heart beat. Normally there is physiological variation in heart beats, it increases during inspiration and decreases during expiration this is called sinus arrhythmia and it is normal. It is likely that you may have this situation which does not need any treatment.
However if doctor noticed any abnormality then you should get 24 hours Holter monitoring done which will analyse 24 hours heart beat and give you information. But i presume that you do not need it .you should treat acidity with PPI group of medicine,
