Brief Answer:
Needs blood test to confirm the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Herpes is usually associated with clusters of painful lesions. It can be associated with mild fever. If the lesions are painful and is associated with too much of irritation then it is best to get her tested and start with the proper treatment as soon as possible. Direct examination and test can confirm the diagnosis. Such lesions can happen due to vigorous sex and bacterial infection also.

So I also read that with the first time you have herpes it's the worst lasting a few weeks my wife had this issue less than a week before mostly everything was healed and whenjoy I say just a little a just one specific area it was a very small area and not everywhere like as if you have had full blown herpes...I forgot the mentire both times happen after we have had long duration of sex. This time in particular we had sex Saturday and the problem came Tuesday and the very first time it was the same amount of time...so I'm curious because she has no symptoms and she hasn't had a fever or anything so is it that easy to misdiagnose herpes ?and I hope and I don't believe it's that how can it get torn and swell is there a way to test that when she is all healed?

Brief Answer:
Can be vulvovaginitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If both the times the lesions have appeared after intercourse then it can be due to vulvovaginitis. Using a lubricant and keeping the area clean can help. Just by physical; examination. the chances of misdiagnosis of herpes are there. The diagnosis can be confirmed only after a blood test.
Hope my answer is helpful.
