Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Iam Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having irritation sensation in the eye probably following fall of foreign particle like dust. Since you have tried washing out the foreign body and it has not come out, this requires examination to look for presence of foreign body and its removal.

Any foreign body or particle in the eye needs to be removed as it poses risk of infection. As of now you can start using antibiotic eye drops like ciprofloxacin eye drops and require examination to look for or to rule out the presence of foreign body. Foreign body usually gets lodged on the cornea or in the under the upper eyelid, which can be looked by everting the upper eyelid.

Hence I advice you to look for any foreign particle on the cornea or under the upper eyelid and if it is present you need to consult your doctor for its removal.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
