Chronic stasis of mucus in throat (sputum + post nasal drip) progresses to tonsillo-pharyngitis. I will recommend you see a nearby ENT surgeon. He/she will know about the evaluation (investigations) of sinusitis.


I also advise to stop Tab. cenac (acelofenac increases your allergic or asthma cough). Get proper dosage of tab.zocef (adult dose is 500mg twice daily).
