Question: Do I have the flu? About 24 hours ago I began to experience body aches. This worsened quickly. I began to feel very tired, went to bed earlier than usual and slept through the afternoon. I woke up and the situation had worsened a little. I developed mild chills. I have had no fever, no respiratory symptoms. Only a mild , scratchy throat . Yet I feel pretty ill. This past fall, I had a quadrivalent flu shot and have been generally well since then.
