Suggest Treatment For Irritation In Urethra
Question: I have irritation in my urethra last 15 days, noticed inflammation in my pearl of pappilus, please suggest a solution
Brief Answer:
IF bothersome, get urine tested.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
AS an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
The inflammation of the pearl of pappilus, you seem to observe, may subside on it's own. So don't bother about it.
If the irritation in the urethra (urine passing tube), is bothering you, get an urine routine and culture test done.
That will help to know, if there's any infection.
Anyway, start drinking 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
Some find drinking lime juice twice daily helps a lot.
Also, you may take citrosoda in the juice or water twice daily.
Wish you good health.
IF bothersome, get urine tested.
