one week ago, I started having irratation of the foreskin of the penis, and the frenulum is tight when retracted and is red and sore. Also folds upon traction. Its localized and like rash. When I void, it drips down to the frenulum and stings until I clean it, I do not think it is a STD. I have tried hydrocortisone cream and clotrimazole plus bethamethasone for couple of days, it cools the area down and gives me comfort, it does not seem to go down in swelling. When touching the area of swelling it hurts, and the frenulum is red and tight upon touch.
