Suggest Treatment For Itching In Feet While On Terbinafine

Question: I have had itching on my feet for three months. I went to the doctor after a month when OTC athlete's foot treatments didn't relieve it after the first month. My itching started when we got a dog, small rescue lap dog. I was allergic to the dog(didn't know I was allergic til we had it a week), we had to give it away. Since then I also have had itching on my gluteal crease intermittently. The doctor gave me terbinafine pills and clortrimozale cream. The cream didn't last long a didn't do much. The pills I am almost finished taking after two months and they haven't cured it. My feet will still itch after 5-6 hours of very slight sweating during a normal day. Now recently my butt itch has gotten worse, it sees to now be accompanied by small slightly raised bumps. I've tried everything from sterilizing my socks , underwear and shoes with rubbing alcohol, to getting rid of all of my socks and buying new ones. Nothing has fixed it completely and I am going crazy. Ready to make another doctor's appointment, please help! The itching is most prevalent while I am in bed at night or in the morning. I had an general allergy test done and I am allergic to cats, dogs, and lots of other things, more than what the test showed! The dog made me itchy! It didn't make my girlfriend itchy. I have been scared it gave me worms or something. I am about to switch our laundry detergent to see if that helps.
I am starting to think it's not fungus, since my girlfriend hasn't caught it. We occasional rub feet or our butts touch while in bed and she's had no symptoms of anything. We have been vigilant about keeping the bathtub sanitized between uses.
