Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Anus

Question: I have an itching and scratching problem between my anus and scrotum. This particularly occurs during sleeping and naps. Problem has been occurring for about a year plus. At first there was scaling but now only soreness and light spotted bleeding showing up in my underwear.

You say to have:
- itching and scratching problem between your anus and scrotum

There are 2 main explanations for your current health problems:
1. Intestinal parasites: for which I recommend to run stool examination for ova parasites and culture for candida
2. Constipation problems causing laceration of anal mucosa with itching and scratching problems. Anal examination by proctologist and proctoscopy recommended to rule them out.
