Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Clitoris

Question: I am 65 and abstinent. My vulva and all around my clitoris is extremely itchy, especially in the evening. I do not have any discharge and my vagina is not itchy nor is their any unpleasant odor. What could this be and how do I remedy this annoying symptom?

Hi,

I understand your concerns.
Such itchy Vulval area is due to minor infection like yeast.
I suggest you sit in a bath containing warm water, salt and antiseptic for 5 minutes in the morning and evening. Wash your vulva and perineum while seated in it.Dty it completely after that.

This will reduce itching of vulva.

You stated to put an antiseptic in the warm bath water. I do not know what you mean by an antiseptic. Would you please be more specific or possibly recommend an actual product? Thank you.
