Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be ringworm infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs but can't appreciate any rash on the eyelids.
Moreover if there is no itching it is unlikely to be ringworm infection.
Where has the rash spread?
What did you see on the eye?
Kindly revert with answers.

Have you seen both the images.I can clearly see the rashes in attached iamges. Also i noticed my daughter (6 years) rubbing her eye suggesting she may also have itching and she is not able to express herself.
Brief Answer:
Can use terbinafine and antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have again analysed the pictures.
I can see slight red rash on the eyelid but it is not characteristically looking like ringworm.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend my patients to apply Terbinafine cream on the affected area twice daily for 7 days.
If it is ringworm it will show improvement.
Otherwise you need to consult a dermatologist and get her examined clinically.
For itching I would recommend you to give her antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg half tablet once daily at bedtime.
Wish this helps her.
