Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Flaky Skin On Testicles
Question: hello,
I have a skin problem in my private parts since a few years now,
the skin of my testicles become flaky and starts cracking and itching when it becomes dry,
I can then easily peel the skin. and it appears to be dead skin. However as soon as the are gets moist, the flaky skin is gone and all that is left is red and itchy skin, with a few cuts.

please help with this situation

Scrotal dermatitis; oral antibiotics and topical steroid+antibiotic cream

Hi. Thank you. I have reviewed the Image.
I can see erythema and some discharge and crusting.
You seem to have scrotal dermatitis with itching and scratching causing secondary infection and oozing.
I would suggest a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g Augmentin 625mg thrice daily for a week. This would take care of the infection, oozing and crusting.
In addition I suggest you to apply a topical steroid+antibiotic cream combination eg fucibet cream, twice daily for 2weeks.
You may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
These are prescription medications and I suggest that you use them under supervision of a doctor in your region.
