hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the images.

These are patches of chronic eczema. I suggest you to use a topical potent steroid ointment e.g Tenovate ointment, 2x daily.
In addition you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg daily, 1x daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
