Suggest Treatment For Itchy Blisters With Swelling On Hands

I would need more information and preferably a representative image
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
I will keep a possibility of either an [1] Urticarial reaction i.e hives Or [2]. pompholyx/ dyshidrotic eczema.
Urticaria commonly presents as itching and whealing/ welts which is self limiting i.e subsides completely in a few hours by itself, only to return later or the following day.
Urticaria is most commonly a manifestation of allergy whereas pompholyx usually presents with persistent, itchy, fluid filled vesicles which feels like grains, distributed along the sides of fingers and sometimes on palms as well.
Pompholyx is commonly an alergic reaction to metals e.g nickel which may be present in ornaments like rings, metallic bands on fingers etc
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.
Does the swelling subside completely or only partially? Do the fluid filled blisters subside or do they persist? Is there any oozing or discharge? Do you wear any rings or metallic finger bands?
Can you upload a picture so that I am more sure about these 2 possibilities?
You may upload an Image either at "Reports Section" Or You may mail me an Image at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as Attention:Dr.Kakkar.
